GOALKEEPER CAMP

Goalkeeper camp is for female goalkeepers, aged 14-18, looking to train at a high level. The camp curriculum will consist of three
sessions per day of top level training. The sessions will cover both the technical and tactical aspects of goalkeeping and will be physically
and mentally challenging to push each goalkeeper to train at their highest level.
    The camp will also include lectures on 1) tactical issues that goalkeepers face 2) Strength and Conditioning for goalkeepers 3)
Academic Services for Wake Forest student-athletes 4) the demands of being a Wake Forest student-athlete 5) a Division I perspective
of the college search/selection process for prospective student-athletes.
