Residential camp is three sessions per day of top-level training, focused on the needs of the
competitive, 14-18 aged female player looking to play at the next level. The sessions, with a
physically demanding and thorough curriculum, are divided in three components: technical training in
the morning, tactical training/small-sided games in the afternoon and full-sided matches in the
evening.
With superior facilities and constant supervision/interaction with camp staff, the session also
includes lectures on 1) Strength & Conditioning for Wake Forest athletes 2) Academic Services for
Wake Forest student-athletes 3) the demands of being a Wake Forest student-athlete 4) a Division I
perspective of the college search/selection process for prospective student-athletes.
