REGISTER BY MAIL (check):
Mail your and a check for the correct amount to Tony
da Luz Soccer Camp. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation
packet will be mailed and accepted applicants can check the website
for updates. The packet will include a schedule, directions to
campus, arrival and departure times, a list of recommended items to
bring to camp and a medical form. BRING TO CAMP CHECKIN: All
medical forms must be completed before camp begins. There will be
no exceptions, and no camper will be permitted to participate without
a completed medical form.

REFUND POLICY:
Full refund minus a $50 processing fee for Day Camp
and $100 processing fee for Residential and
Extended Camps will be available until June 1, 2007.
If you need to cancel after this deadline, a full refund
will be issued in the form of a gift certificate to next
year’s camp.
KEY DEPOSIT: Residents will be required to have a
$75 key deposit due at check-in (Cash or Check).
The deposit will be returned upon check-out.
